Empties #1

Ah empties, such a strange concept but so compelling!
If you're new to the concept, I basically show you the products I have completely used up and give my final thoughts on them and ultimately whether I would repurchase them or not.

Barry M Nail Paints in Peach Melba, Strawberry Ice Cream and Blue Moon
Barry M were the first brand that really got me into nail polish, looking at all those colours, I felt like a kid in a sweet shop. For the price, these are great. However, the formula of these are not quite as good as brands such as Essie and two of the shades did go very gloopy towards the end, but the colour selection is so good and the price so cheap that I would still recommend.
Would I repurchase? Definitely Peach Melba as its such a unique shade, but the other two are easily duped in other brands with better formulas, albeit more expensive.

Bourjois Waterproof Volume Clubbing Mascara
If you like volume then this mascara is for you. It left my lashes incredibly thick and black and the waterproof formula didn't transfer but wasn't impossible to remove. The only downside was that this mascara dries out fairly quickly.
Would I repurchase? Yes, although it dries out quickly, its low price tag means its much more affordable to purchase.

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer
I've lost count of how many of these I've used up! This is an amazing full coverage concealer that is perfect for covering blemishes and is a complete bargain. Plus the lightest shade is one of the palest high street concealers I've ever found.
Would I repurchase? Yes, one of the best concealers ever.

Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation
This is a very high coverage matte foundation that is very well suited to oily and blemish prone skin. The shade range is great, coming in cool and warm tones and a little goes a long way, so one bottle will last a long time. The foundation is long lasting without looking too thick and heavy. However, this is definitely not for those with dry skin, as it does tend to cling to dry patches.
Would I repurchase? Yes, it's great for my oily skin and when I want more coverage.

I hope this post was helpful, let me know what else you'd like to see!
